Tecnological Development and Investments
The development of sectors diversty forces us to have new inverstments about machine and equipment. Near 3 induction hardening machines, we have invested 5 more CNC controlled induction machines. We have new atmosphere controlled hardaned furnaces ( 2 of 350 kg capacity, 2 of 1000 kg, 2 of 650 kg) which are rigged out with computer technologics. Also ve deal with gas nitriding furnace  under  vacuum with a charged capacity of 500 kg until 2006. By the thought of quality must be before  manufacturing, we installed a metalography laboratory . here all kinds of metalographic observation about heat treatment and material is performed such as metalography examplar set up equipment  (cutting, mounting press grinding and polishing equipments), microhardness measuring equipment, universal hardness measuring equipment, break controlled equipmentwith magnetic porticulles, material microstructure analysis program and optical emission spectrometer. With this characteristics, a new beginining starts in Turkey. Laboratory is really efficient  in order for our customers to be informed about materials and solving their problems.
