Dosan ısıl ilsem was established in 1967 in I. İndustry site to serve costing and termical process. In these years termical process was not done as commercial activities so that dosan in addition to Cooper, brass and aluminium onces a week cast iron pots  were remowed and intead of it for doing termical process bath saltes were put. But today in Kemalpaşa organize industry region fabric is giving termical process with the newsest out searching tecnology.
Can you give us information about quality Works?
As being dosan ısıl ilsem the quality is the most important work principle, our working system is based on”quality is not control, process parameters are also important, we target the total quality.
To document all these work in begining june 2004 for having ISO 9000 document we deal with the consultent company and it accelerate work. The target is to have the document in october 2004.
Termical process is not a production in itself, is a middle process, for not being in the bootlenecck what kind of strategy you are determine?
the diversiity spectrum of services sector force our company to investments, for that resson machinery is always developing and nearly we are about to do termical process to every piece. With that high quality, suitable price and timely production, with all these together we thought that we won’t be any bother.
To keep pace in developing tecnology what kind of work does dosan isil islem?
Infront of tecnological development our company had to make investments and 7 induction surface hardening looms, atmospher controlled oven With computer tecnology and vacuum oven investments compulsory. With that in the country the biggest termical process could find the opportunities to give every kind of service. With the thought of quality comes before manufacturing our company established metallography laboratories. In these laboratories metallographic samples preparing equipments(cuttingi bakalite process, sanding, polishing equipments)with microvikers, hardness measuring devices and universal hardness measuring device all kind of reviews can be done about termical process. With this speciality had started a first about laboratories in İzmir.
Can you mention about customer services?
The priority for Dosan Isil Islem is the satisfaction of customer, with this though with 3 service tool material shipping is done to the customer, for every product that had termical process is given document of quality. It is unlimited to use laboratories for our customers, about material and termical process services customers can have counseling.
